Privacy Policy

AI KamChat is an AI communication assistant for people who speak different languages.

Data we collect

We store account details such as username, optional email, display name, profile language, avatar, chats, messages, uploaded media, voice messages, and technical logs required to run the service.

How messages are processed

Text and voice transcripts may be sent to configured AI providers only from the backend to provide translation and transcription. API keys are never exposed to the browser.

Media and files

Images, videos, avatars, and audio files uploaded by users are stored for chat delivery. Images are compressed in the browser before upload where possible.

Security

Sessions use httpOnly cookies. Access to chats is checked on the server. AI KamChat does not ask for bank cards, crypto wallets, third-party passwords, financial data, or access to other accounts.
